About Me
I graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science in 2016. Since then, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients including semi-pro and professional athletes, powerlifters, rehab populations and everyday people looking to build strength, improve fitness and change their physique.
What I’ve learned through working with so many different people is that you don’t have to choose between strength, physique or conditioning. You also don’t have to train in a way that burns you out or doesn’t fit your life.
Training can evolve with you. You can shift focus based on your goals, your schedule or the season you’re in while still making great progress.
My approach is built around helping you get the most out of your training in a way that is sustainable and enjoyable enough to stick to long-term.
