A 12 week coaching & education program leading to a testing week of fitness goals of your choice i.e. strength, cardio or hybrid.
And if you don’t have a highly specific goal to get started, that’s ok. Clarity comes from action. I’ll help you define goals that actually matter to you.

Becoming a weapon is a process. People just don’t have the skills necessary to sustain that process long enough to get where they want to go. With this program you’ll not only make serious progress towards your goals but learn the skills necessary to keep moving forward when you’re done.

Personalized Goal Setting & Program Design

We kick things off with a 1:1 Zoom or phone consult to dig into your goals, training history, and lifestyle. From there, we develop a tailored program built around your performance goals, schedule, and preferences.

Weekly Video Check-Ins with Technique Feedback & Nutritional Guidance

Each week, you’ll receive a personalized Loom video covering your training week, lifting technique, progress markers, and nutrition habits—so you know exactly where you’re at and what to focus on.

Daily Support & Ongoing Coaching Touchpoints

Got questions mid-week? No worries. You’ll have direct WhatsApp access for daily support and feedback. Plus, at the end of each training block, we’ll connect for an individual Zoom or phone review call to review and refine your approach.

On-Demand Video Resource Library

Get access to a library of short, educational videos that simplify the most important topics in training, nutrition, and progress tracking—so you’re never left confused or overwhelmed.

Fortnightly Group Education Calls

Join a weekly live group call diving into relevant, practical topics chosen either by me or by the group. It’s a chance to learn, ask questions, and stay engaged with others on the same path.

$55 per week or $600 upfront for a 12 week commitment.

We will structure the 12 weeks in a way that allows you to peak towards the performance goals of your choice.
